- Subscription Information: Purchase history, subscription status, usage costs (managed through RevenueCat)

- Translation History: Podcast URLs, episode information, translation request history
- Playback Information: Episodes played, playback position, favorite lists
- Settings Information: Translation language preferences, audio settings, app configurations
1.3 Technical Information
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version
- Usage Analytics: App usage frequency, feature utilization, error logs
- Network Information: IP address (for security and fraud prevention)
2. Data Processed to Provide Services
2.1 Podcast Audio Data
- Audio from podcasts that users request to translate is temporarily processed for transcription, translation, and text-to-speech synthesis
- Audio files are not permanently stored on our servers and are automatically deleted after processing is complete
- We use third-party AI-powered speech recognition, translation, and text-to-speech services for processing
- The App stores podcast URL information for managing translated content
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: Providing podcast transcription, translation, and text-to-speech services
- Account Management: Creating, managing, and authenticating user accounts
- Subscription Management: Processing purchases, managing subscriptions, handling billing
- Service Improvement: Enhancing app features, fixing bugs, improving user experience
- Fraud Prevention: Detecting terms of service violations, maintaining security
- Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, providing technical support
- Legal Compliance: Responding to legal disclosure requests
4. Third-Party Services and Information Sharing
The App uses the following third-party services and shares necessary information to provide services:
4.1 Backend Services
- Firebase / Google Cloud Platform
- Firebase Authentication: User authentication
- Cloud Firestore: Database (translation history, user settings, etc.)
- Cloud Storage: Temporary storage of translated audio files
4.2 Payment & Subscription Management
- RevenueCat: Subscription management, purchase tracking
- Apple App Store: In-app purchase processing
4.3 Analytics Services
- Google BigQuery: Usage statistics analysis (aggregated in a non-personally identifiable manner)

5. Data Storage and Protection
5.1 Data Retention Period
- Account Information and User Settings: Stored until account deletion
- Translation History and Usage History: Stored for the period necessary to provide the service, then automatically deleted
- Temporary Processing Data: Automatically deleted promptly after processing is complete
5.2 Security Measures
- All communications are encrypted using HTTPS
- Firestore security rules ensure users can only access their own data
- Passwords are encrypted and securely managed by Firebase Authentication
- We implement monitoring to detect and prevent unauthorized access
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
6.1 Right to Access
- You can review your registration status, such as your current plan and User ID, directly in the settings screen within the App.
6.2 Right to Correction
- You can update and correct your preferences, such as target language, display language, and usage statistics settings, at any time through the settings screen in the App.
6.3 Right to Deletion
- You can delete all personal information within the App by deleting your account.
- Account deletion can be performed from the App's settings screen.
- Important: If you have an active subscription, charges will continue via Apple even after account deletion. To cancel your subscription, go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
- Some backup data may be retained for an appropriate period after deletion as required by applicable laws.
6.4 Right to Data Portability
- As provided by law, you have the right to request the portability of your data. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at the address below.
7. Cookies and Tracking
The App uses minimal cookies necessary for Firebase session management. We do not engage in any advertising tracking.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
The App uses Google Cloud Platform, and data may be stored on servers in the United States and other countries. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated without notice due to changes in laws or service improvements. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications or email.
